Production times

Our standard turnaround time for prescription orders is within 5 working days with the exception of orders incorporating Freedom® Anti-Fog treated lenses which may take up to an extra 14 days to process.

If you need your order urgently or by a specific date please email us to ensure we can meet your delivery requirements.

Shipping options

At checkout you will be offered the choice of -

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (4-5 working days from dispatch date) $31.99

TNT International Express (2-3 working days from dispatch date) from $49.99

Deliveries can take longer depending on local postal and courier services 

Order Updates and Tracking Numbers (where applicable) are included in our confirmation emails sent to the e-mail address listed in your order.
 

Duty & taxes 

For the USA Dive Masks for personal use are duty free. Swimming Goggles and Snow Goggles have an import duty rate of 2.5% but duty is not collected on personal imports of less than $200 value. Shipping providers may add an additional handling fee and in rare cases state sales tax may be due.
